Submit application & letter of reference by March 1st

Conference Availability: As a Student Representative, you should be available to work the full conference (Thursday through Saturday) and attend the Student Representative Orientation meeting Thursday, October 4 before the Keynote Presentation (time is subject to change; meeting may be held virtually before conference).
Expectations: As a Student Representative, you should dress and conduct yourself professionally during the entire conference. Remember that you are not only representing your school, but also MCDHH. You will introduce conference presenters and handle distribution of CEUs to participants. In exchange for your services, you will receive complimentary conference registration. You will be responsible for your own hotel accommodations; there will be a special conference rate available at [WILL THIS APPLY? (Yes if we negotiate with hotel]. You will receive a confirmation email once the application has been received.
Application: Due to the limited number of spots available for Student Representatives, all students interested must submit an application and letter of reference by a faculty member from the program they attend. Registration: Do NOT send in payment for student registration if you are applying to be a student representative. The Early Bird rate will be honored for those that are not selected to be a representative for this year’s conference.
