IF POSSIBLE, DO NOT USE TRS TO MAKE 9-1-1 CALLS
If possible, do not use any of the telecommunication relay
services listed below to make emergency (9-1-1) calls. Please
use your TTY and dial 9-1-1 direct. Using a land-line TTY in
areas with E9-1-1 services will automatically alert emergency
dispatchers to the exact location where your call is coming from,
and will allow emergency responders to reach you in a timely
manner.
